The working youth in the United States are being exploited by ravenous employers. Our young people are facing indefinable futures as the only jobs available are paying less than sufficient money than required for sustenance.

Avarice has driven most homeowners in this Country to reject all efforts to build affordable housing, and the workforce that has been represented endlessly by  only the Clergy and a few Interest Groups, are driven to despair as there are no jobs available that pay sufficiently to afford a place to live in this Country they serve daily in menial jobs.

Though elected officials like the one on the right, are required to represent all the citizens in their jurisdiction, they make no effort to improve the quality of life for those who are disadvantaged or those driven to homelessness and total ruin.

Instead we witness the mirroring of avarice and greed everywhere, in the citizenry who are privileged and in the manner our politicians serve only the greedy and the rich. Why should the workers of this Country tolerate this indifference to conditions that deny them room for economic growth?

Bloated budgets that enable political cronies to reap billions in taxpayer money, political cronies to garner jobs at the public well for more annually than many will ever see in a lifetime of labor., political job holders who double dip and hold more than one health insurance policy at the public’s expense, while millions can never go to a doctor at all are insufferable insults to all the poor people who serve the rich daily. Yes, they serve the rich at fast food chains, at car washes, as teachers, as health care providers, as attendants at menial jobs that pay less than $10. per hour.

Our youth are driven to escape through drug abuse, alcoholism, and violence.

Others are driven to psychological desperation that can and does result in suicides. No unions exist to represent these citizens. No one wants to build housing for them. No one seems to realize that without them there will be no services nor future.

Capitalism has not served the majority of people here. Socialism is an idea whose time has come. Capitalism is contrary to the very precepts of a Democracy.

Daily there are castigations of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez. Our government labels him a Dictator, when in fact he is the duly elected two term President of a Major South American Nation. He rose from poverty to become a great humanitarian leader.

George Bush is a war monger, and a scion of Oil Wealth who some agree used that imperious wealth to steal the presidency in 2000. Our nation’s gangster-like economic system has made it impossible for a poor man, like Hugo Chavez, to attempt to run for the Presidency or any elected office. What representation does an aristocratic oil magnate offer the poor?

Socialism under our Constitution, would instantly provide universal health care, cheap oil, energy and transportation, equal education for all, housing for all, affordable telecommunications and the end to the despotic rule of an Un-authorized aristocracy that has resulted from a foul and preferential economic system.

Thomas Jefferson, author of our revered Declaration of Independence, and Third President of this Republic, was not only a major investor in a unique Socialist experiment founded by a Scottish Woman, Fitzgerald, a friend of the Marquis De Lafayette, but his Vice President, Aaron Burr, killed Alexander Hamilton. Hamilton, as our First Secretary of the Treasury, fomented capitalism under the Aristocratic Rule of the Federalists.

Be sure Jefferson, besieged by debt and hounded by debtors even unto his death, was surely a Socialist. Not freeing his slaves was a choice in a world that did not accept freed men, and awkward to Jefferson's sentiments.

It is time we change our course and save future generations the pain and suffering of the vulgarity of revolution.
